 PAYMENT
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, personal check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. Some treatments require several visits. With advance arrangements, you may pay a portion of the total free at each visit with payment-in-full on the last visit.

INSURANCE
We are participation providers in many dental insurance plans.
Also as a courtesy, we can file your claim for you electronically. Please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment, or provide us with your insurance information in the Appointment Request form. This way we can verify your benefits before your appointment. FINANCING
